We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team!

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work on the sales floor, welcoming customers, offering product recommendations, and processing transactions. You’ll initiate conversations with customers, inform them about deals, and assist them in choosing the right products. Success will be measured by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. The role focuses on driving sales, boosting brand visibility, and expanding the customer base within your region/area.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Sales Consultant involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Cold calling, visiting stores, and negotiating orders to sell products.
• Developing relationships with store managers.
• Placing accurate orders with the call center.
• Negotiating future share and compiling weekly/monthly reports based on customer interactions and sales.
• Identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring account forms are completed and delivered.
• Handling customer complaints, queries, and ensuring their resolution.
• Monitoring orders and delivery schedules.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Consistently meeting personal quality and productivity standards.
• Demonstrating effective planning and time management.
• Adapting to changes while balancing personal goals with company needs.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent.
• Sales experience.
• English proficiency.
• Located within 15km of the job.
• Clear criminal record.

Preferences

• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong administration and communication abilities.
• At least 6 months of sales experience.
