Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Retail-related qualification.
• Unemployed and between 18 and 27 years old.
• South African citizen.
• Available for a 12-month Internship with TFG.
• Learn and train store employees on new systems, applications, and products.
• Complete required courses on TFG’s Learning Platform.
• Support and drive change at an individual level.
• Offer hands-on assistance to store teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
• Guide employees to learning resources and assist with troubleshooting.
• Address and escalate any queries or concerns.
• Build strong relationships with store employees and field leadership, keeping them informed about system updates and changes.
