Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting showroom visitors into sales by demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, and handling order processing. This role requires assessing customer needs, explaining pricing and promotions, and effectively showcasing product features. Additionally, the candidate will manage customer queries, payments, refunds, and credit transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the 24 Hour Flexi Sales Associate involves the following responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Provide a positive shopping experience by offering excellent customer service and sales support.
• Manage the full customer journey, from account opening to order processing, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ensure accurate pricing and promotions are communicated.
• Maintain high service standards, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring seamless transactions.
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Assist in stock management through accurate inventory checks and timely replenishment.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Matric/Grade 12 (minimum requirement).
• At least one year of retail experience.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior experience in homeware retail is an advantage.
