Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at Auto Pedigree, your primary goal will be to drive used vehicle sales by delivering outstanding customer service, fostering strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. You’ll manage the entire sales process, from understanding customer requirements to finalizing deals, while identifying opportunities for business expansion. Additionally, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, assist with showroom arrangements, and stay informed about vehicle features and market trends—contributing to the continued success of the Auto Pedigree brand.

Key Responsibilities
The role of the Sales Representative involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Sales Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about vehicle features, capabilities, and specifications.
- Business Development: Implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and retain the existing customer base.
- Showroom Setup: Assist with organizing the showroom and maintaining display standards.
- Customer Experience: Conduct test drives, gather necessary documentation, and manage customer expectations.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and pursue new revenue streams, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Customer Support: Address escalations promptly and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven track record (advantageous).
- Relevant industry knowledge (desirable).
- Familiarity with Auto Pedigree’s products and services (advantageous).
- Understanding of retail compliance (beneficial).
- Knowledge of local languages (advantageous).
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts as needed.
