Your Key Responsibilities

The role of a Merchandiser involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Stock Management: Accurately count, record, and manage stock levels, including unpacking and arranging products.
• Visual Merchandising: Design eye-catching displays, plan store layouts, and create signs and advertisements to draw customer attention.
• Product Maintenance: Keep products well-presented, correctly priced, and in good condition, removing old or damaged items when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to meet business goals.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries, address complaints, and handle requests.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free store environment, including the storeroom.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate.
