We are looking for a dependable and experienced Courier Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of packages to specified locations while ensuring timely service. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate delivery records and providing excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Courier Driver involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Deliver packages to customers, stores, service centers, and designated drop-off points with the correct documentation and stock at all times.
• Return undelivered stock, incorrect shipments, or pick-ups to the service center as required.
• Take full responsibility for the assigned vehicle, stock, and equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures relevant to transportation and delivery operations.
• Provide professional and customer-focused service during all interactions.
• Demonstrate effective self-management and work collaboratively within a team.

Required Knowledge

• Understanding of products and services.
• Principles of transportation and delivery.
• Record-keeping and documentation maintenance.
• Safety and responsible distribution practices.
• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Familiarity with PEPKOR Lifestyle policies, processes, and systems.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• At least 3 years of driving experience in a courier or logistics environment.
