Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing during your shifts:

Food Preparation:

• Prepare and cook orders quickly and accurately using kitchen equipment.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure all food items meet McDonald’s quality and packaging standards.
• Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive demeanor.
• Accurately ring up orders using the cash register or computer system.
• Process payments via cash, debit, or credit cards.
• Ensure orders are packaged and delivered correctly, whether at the counter, table, or drive-thru.

Teamwork and Maintenance:

• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements
