Minimum Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

Education and Experience

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 0–2 years of warehouse experience (role assigned based on experience).
• Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license (for operator roles).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role of General Workers involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

Available Roles

• General Worker – Ensure overstocked, damaged, or short-dated items are promptly returned to the Distribution Centre (DC).
• Picker – Accurately pick stock for stores based on picking slips.
• Cycle Counter – Monitor and record stock quantities within the warehouse.
• Forklift Driver – Load and unload trucks, move stock, and stack pallets.
• Reach Truck Driver – Operate a reach truck to pack pallets onto racks.
• Auditor – Count stock, inspect for damages, and verify expiry dates before dispatching to stores.
• Combiner – Combine stock on pallets, shrink-wrap them, and prepare for store delivery.
