Job Description

Role Purpose

The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the commercial and field operations teams to manage the sales and marketing activities of independent contractors and related parties. Responsibilities include overseeing the office/sales container, managing resources, ensuring sales efforts are supported, and tracking these efforts through internal systems. The role also involves handling client queries and escalating them to the appropriate Herotel channels using established processes.

Key Performance Areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Commercial and Field Operations teams in meeting the Regional Hub’s revenue and customer growth targets.
  • Coordinating the activities of Regional Field Marketers within the assigned LSM area.
  • This support includes:
  • Managing sales efforts according to the assigned plan.
  • Providing ongoing mentoring and training to field marketers and team members.
  • Monitoring and reporting on field marketers’ daily, weekly, and monthly KPAs.
  • Driving sales growth in assigned areas.
  • Addressing issues related to non-compliance with Independent Contractor agreements.
  • Assisting in the development of tactical sales plans to meet regional targets.
  • Organizing lead generation initiatives with internal and external resources.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data, orders, and invoices.
  • Capturing all customer and sales data accurately on HeroTill and other internal systems.
  • Managing company resources like payment devices, laptops, marketing materials, and tools.
  • Ensuring the safety of the community, field marketers, and company resources.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge of Herotel’s offerings.
  • Promoting cross-functional collaboration with other departments and Hub stakeholders.
  • Leading with professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
  • Representing the company positively to all stakeholders.
