Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12)
• Registered with the Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) with a Grade C certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in guarding, patrolling, and access control.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Eskom’s policies, systems, directives, and standards.
• Training from SAPS (South African Police Service) or SANDF (South African National Defence Force) is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Inspector Security post involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Perform guard responsibilities.
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning firearms and conducting safety inspections.
