Purpose Statement

Greet clients, manage branch flow through efficient queue management, deliver exceptional client service, assist clients at the ATM, and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels. Gain the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for service consulting.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• No experience required, but must have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
• Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
• Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational.

Required Knowledge

• Basic calculations.
• How to engage with people.
