Job Advert Summary
Clover is seeking new talent for its Call Centre Learnership. Successful candidates will spend the duration of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and attend prescribed classes. By the end of the learnership, participants will have obtained an NQF qualification and gained experience in a top-tier Call Centre. Preference will be given to applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants will be required to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
- Grade 12/Matric completed between 2019 and 2023.
- Average of 60% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Currently unemployed.
- Must not have participated in a Learnership before.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Call Centre Learnership 2024 involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Provide high-level customer service.
- Handle all inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolve queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders.
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list.
- Inform customers of account holds.
- Confirm customer orders as per standard operating procedures.
- Inform relevant stakeholders of issues pertaining to their orders.
- Sell Clover and Principal products according to customer needs.
- Offer new or additional products and describe features and special offers.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation.
- Assist team members to achieve team results.
- Share responsibility for completing tasks.
- Support team values.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Take responsibility for visual management of information.
