Clicks Stores are hiring for the Shop Assistant /Cashier position to provide outstanding service through efficient customer service, POS operations, and in-store merchandising, leading to a positive customer experience in various Stores across the Country.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Shop Assistant/ Cashier position involves the following duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled:

• Execute all POS operational activities efficiently and timely.
• Maintain high accuracy in scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including processing clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
• Actively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering friendly and professional assistance.
• Perform and maintain all merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store and visual merchandise standards.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the top health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
• Stay updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
